As-Built Drawings
As-Builts are a revised set of drawings provided to a homeowner by a contractor or builder upon completion of a project or a particular job. They‘re meant to reflect all changes made to the specifications and working drawings during the construction process, and should show the exact dimensions, geometry and location of all elements of the work completed under the contract.
In our experience, most homeowners don’t have a set of current As-Builts for their homes. At Housecall, we strongly feel that As-Builts are a valuable investment and an excellent resource for the homeowner when speaking to service providers and tradespeople.
While we always generate a set of measured drawings that document the existing house and its site as the first step in our procedure, we also offer As-Builts as an isolated service.

All of our drawings are produced in the same manner, for a couple of reasons. Continuity of motion reduces the amount of errors with submission of the documents and it also provides a level of familiarity for all of our clients, especially for those who come back to us for future work.
