Housecall Architecture is the new name of Clayton Design Services, effective September 2018. While the trade name has changed, the same commitment to helping Seattle area families make the most of their homes' potential remains the same.
Owner/Architect Chris Clayton holds active architect's registrations in CA and WA. He has worked on projects in many Silicon Valley municipalities including San Jose, Saratoga, Los Gatos, Milpitas, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Cupertino, San Ramon and others.
Chris Clayton received his Bachelor's Degree in Architecture in 2001 from Cornell University. He started his career in Saratoga working for Rockwood Designs, followed by experience at Maurice Camargo & Associates in San Jose, and Terry Martin Architects in Los Gatos. Chris received his CA state architecture license in 2010 and is LEED AP certified.
Chris also continues to work as a consulting architect with Modern House Architects in San Francisco.
As the father of three young boys, Chris relates to the needs of growing families and works closely with them to ensure their designs meet their needs today and in the future.
