Owner and Architect Chris Clayton is registered to practice in Washington State.  He has over sixteen years of experience designing and permitting single family residential projects in multiple states, and has been working in Kenmore, WA since 2017.

​

Chris Clayton received his Bachelor's Degree in Architecture in 2001 from Cornell University.  Chris maintained a CA state architecture license from 2010 until 2023, and earned his WA registration in 2017.  Chris is LEED AP certified. 

 

As the father of three teenage boys, Chris relates to the needs of growing families and works closely with them to ensure their designs meet their needs today and in the future.
